Do you react or over-react?

Expectations are a part of human tendency. We expect things to go a certain way, we expect a certain result, we expect people to talk in a certain way. And when things go right, it is bliss.

But if the results are deviated, it is chaos. What do you do at this point? React or over-react?

If you sit and analyse what happened, it helps, but at that time, the sadness comes out in the form of anger and blinds you.

You need to let out your emotions, but not in a restrained manner, and channelize them.

  1. Take a bath, refresh yourself
  2. Divert the attention
  3. Think of/Consider alternate routes.
  4. Understand the people you were dealing with
  5. Make sure you understand, why and what happened.

These expectations are a part of life, one thing goes wring is not the end of the road, people and thing are sometimes vulnerable and circumstances may change.
